PS4 in 2022 worth buying
The latest trailer was released on May 10th. With another trailer that came out just recently, many people are wondering why there is so much excitement and hype surrounding these two trailers. Well, here's the truth. We got some footage for both that looked very interesting. They just have a completely different vibe. So while some things were similar, they weren't identical either. As you can tell by my video review below, the gameplay in those videos is pretty much the same as the one shown in the trailer right now. From what I've seen so far, they both look really good too, and the graphics have improved drastically since the last time I saw them. On top of that, there is a lot of detail in these two trailers, that not enough fans have noticed. Now, let's talk about each trailer individually! Each trailer will give its analysis, and then compare it with each others.
THE PREDICTION SIDE OF NINTENDO
I’m gonna start by talking about how well they do at combat. This could be because they only feature 15 characters, or it could be because it’s still an early-access game. Either way, Nintendo has done remarkably well on their first try at combat. You can see even small details of what is happening when fighting. For example, if you click on something that isn’t moving, it will move around. If you use a shield or a sword, it also affects what happens if you put certain elements out and grab onto them with melee attacks. Most enemies that I have fought so far are using weapons that you need to fight. That includes some oddball creatures like giant serpents, giant insects, etc. However, they do a fair job of keeping the fights cool. All of the enemies you encounter tend to have easy ways to escape the spot. Even enemies that you think won't stand up to you in battle can suddenly collapse and become frozen. One thing that surprised me is that several enemies from that side of the franchise can dodge bullets! I didn't realize that was possible until hearing that it was included. And sometimes, getting hit hard by the enemy makes him crumble and fall. That goes for the normal guns in combat too; once you kill one, the enemy would easily evade bullets like everything else. To make up for that, the bosses on the island would hide behind trees and wait after you for an opportunity to come for you. Although most of these monsters had no problem killing you in return for helping them. Still, every enemy you face is difficult to beat. Especially against boss battles. Those are usually the ones where I feel that you need to grind it out. They are quite difficult to defeat especially for newcomers that haven't played before.
AUGUSTE'S BATHROOM
So the first part of this game is already out. Some rumors say that Auguste has gotten a little bit better. His ability to jump higher into places is working for him. He seems to glide through the sky perfectly smoothly. Once you jump down he can jump back up without feeling tired. After seeing his skills in action, we can assume that the rest of the cast will also improve based on how good players feel about the protagonist. Of course, that doesn't mean that they will become perfect fighters, they may be fine, but they certainly seem like decent people. Perhaps being bad in real life wouldn't be so horrid, but in games the world of fantasy, I'd rather play characters that I'm comfortable with. Since the series is mostly fantasy, that means the heroes aren't necessarily superheroes. They're average everyday people who fight aliens, wizards, monsters, ghosts, and zombies. A typical guy likes our main character, Ethan. We know nothing about these guys. They keep us on our toes throughout the story. That also helps with the plot development. Things happen when people are doing things they shouldn't, such as watching weird events unfold. Just because this show is fictional doesn't mean these heroes are any less human than you. These people aren't afraid to die. That's part of being a hero. Not like Batman, but someone who stands up to death.
CUTTING-IN-DEPTH-SIDE
Now, let's talk about cutscenes. My favorite thing about cutting scenes is seeing the difference between light and dark environments. The reason that cuts are used is to give your scene more depth and emotion. Cutting in-between the lighting helps to create an atmosphere when showing scenes without putting extra focus on objects and parts of the screen. Cutting out highlights shows what the camera sees instead of highlighting the important area like you would with a highlight on the object itself. Seeing the shadows and lights of the environment gives the viewer more information about what is happening. Here you can see a little glimpse of the cabin we are building for the main conflict with Mili. Unfortunately, it wasn't long enough for me to explore every tiny nook and cranny of this space.
CURRENT CONTENT: THE LADDER ARENA
Now the second trailer is full of cutscenes. Again, some will seem similar, but others aren’t the same either. Everything looks gorgeous and detailed. As I mentioned earlier, this does not mean that the content is the best. Granted, we don't have much experience with how the developers did this. What we do know is that Sony added some stuff to this showcase. Including a nice shot of the moon. I hope that we see more of that soon! Until then, please enjoy the amazing cinematic art I received. Also, I hope it brings a smile to your faces because I hope this article made it to yours too.
